As soon as your order is successfully accepted, it will be immediately processed by our system and shipped to you in 2 - 5 days. After merchandise shipping we will send the confirmation by email.
Delivery
We deliver our model kits to most countries of the world. Two ways of delivery are available: Standard airmail and express mail.
Delivery time: 1-2 weeks for standard air mail and 1-5 business days for express air mail depending on the chosen region.
After choosing the region of delivery, delivery cost will be added to your order subtotal. The delivery rates we use are weight-based. The shipping/delivery cost will be calculated automatically on CCNow checkout page based on the way of delivery and customer location.
Total delivery time = Shipping time + Delivery time

- USA, Canada - (Free shipping for orders over USD200.00)
- Central and South America, South-East Asia, Africa, India - (Free shipping for orders over USD250.00)
- Australia, New Zealand - (Free shipping for orders over USD250.00)
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please, return it within 30 days for full refund, including shipping cost. We cannot exchange products unless they have defects or are damaged.
We will notify you by e-mail about your refund upon receiving the product you have returned.

After making a decision to order the model kit you like by pressing 'Add to Cart' button on 'Detailed Product Page', you are automatically linked to our authorized retailer -- CCNow.
You can add, edit or remove any model kits from your Cart at any time. All prices are in US$.
